Elf on the Shelf in Our CLASSROOM!!!

 Today, after first nutrition break we had a very exciting surprise waiting for us in the classroom. A special letter for our class written by Santa! The letter told us about the Elf on The Shelf and how he would be sending our classroom one to look over all of the boys and girls in the class. 
Santa also left us a beautifully wrapped present!

 We got our very own Elf on the Shelf for the classroom! It is a girl and we worked together as a class to name her. After we read the book that came with her. We decided on the name Heart Snowflake. We are very excited to see what she will be up to over the next few weeks leading up to Christmas. We found out that every evening she returns to the North Pole to give Santa a full report on how all of our students are behaving in the classroom and at home. They should be on their best behaviour at all times!

We also learned that it is very important to never touch Heart Snowflake because she will then loose all of her magic and will not return to the classroom.
